Man that was a busy week. Have very little to report outside of work stuf but i'll be damned if I'm gonna miss the deadline again :)

So this week I got CEPL working again with the changes from last week turned out I dont get to remove as much code as I hoped, I still need to propagate gpu-function recompile info so I can know when to recompile pipelines.

So that's it. Hopefully my brain will be able to work on the flight back so I can have something else to report.
